Privacy matters to me. I do not collect data about my buyers. I do not require that you register for an account before buying my training resources. The only data collated is financial data required for income tax and accounting purposes and (optional) email updates.
Optionally, you have the choice as to whether to be notified of any new training packs as they are made available. When you make your first purchase from my website, I will ask you (via the despatch email) if you would like me to keep you updated. If you wish to be be kept updated, you should reply to my email. I will then email you only when a new pack is added to the website. If at any time you no longer wish to receive notifications of new training packs, you should simply email me to let me know and your request will be dealt with immediately. You can do this by either replying to any email I have sent you OR contacting me via this website. Your data will be removed from my email update spreadsheet. You can also request to be added to the new product notification by using the contact button on this site.

Data is stored on my business PC, located at my business address within the UK. No-one has access to my PC except me.

Data security is extremely important to me – for example:
• My PC is password protected to prevent unauthorised access, use, destruction or disclosure
• This restricts access to personal information by any other person
• Appropriate malware and spyware products are kept up to date
• Virus scans are performed weekly
How long do we keep your personal data for?
Your data is kept solely for sales purposes and to comply with Inland Revenue requirements. This is no longer than seven years.
Data stored on my PC will be deleted after this time.
